Follow the brown govermental "Charlie Elliot Wildlife Center"signs. Stay on Hwy 11 south, crossing Hwy 278 and 142. Go through Mansfield (Very good breakfast shop on left past railroad tracks), and continue for 3 miles. Turn left on Marben Farm Road. The visitors center entrance road is on the right. |

| Chattahoochee National Recreation Area - Cochran Shoals Unit Take I-285 to the Northside-Powers Ferry Rd. exit (exit 22). If heading West on I-285 turn right at the first light onto Interstate North Parkway; after crossing the river turn right into the parking lot. If heading East on I-285 continue to the second light, turn left (north) and cross over the interstate ontoInterstate North Parkway. The lot fills up early. |

| Johnsons Ferry Floodplain I-285 to Riverside Drive (Exit 24). Go North (outside I-285) on Riverside Drive untill you reach Johnson Ferry (a major intersection). Turn left on Johnson Ferry, go across the river and make an immediate right into the parking lot. |

| Paces Mill Go North on I-75: exit at Mt. Paran Road (Exit 256). Go left on Mt. Paran under the I-75 bridge. Turn right onto Highway 41 (Northside Parkway); make a left at the park entrance as soon as you cross the river. |

| Powers Island Floodplain I-285 to Exit 22( Northside Drive, New Northside Drive, Powers Ferry Road), go outside I-285. Turn left onto Interstate North Parkway. Park in the parking lot on the Fulton County side of the river, where the rafting concession building is. (The jogging trail is on the Cobb County side) |

| Trout Lily Trail I-285 to Exit 22( Northside Drive, New Northside Drive, Powers Ferry Road), go inside I-285. Turn right on Powers Ferry Road, cross the river.Stay straight at traffic light( road changes name to Ackers Mill). Turn left at the large Water Wheel. Go to the top of the hill and turn left at the brown Park Service sign. Parking area is on the right about 1/2 mile down the road. NOTE: This exit is tricky since New Northside Drive is one-way going outside I-285 and Northside Drive is one-way going inside I-285. If you are traveling west when you get off stay in the lefthand lane. At the traffic light at the top of the ramp, stay straight, go to the next traffic light and turn left onto Northside Drive, go about 0.1-miles to Powers Ferry Road and make a right turn. |

| Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve From I-285 N or S: Take highway 78, Stone Mtn. Freeway exit west toward Decatur -Hwy 78 passes North Dekalb Mall and continues up hill past Lou Sobh Ford- At intersection of Hwy 78, North Decatur Road, and Medlock Road, take right on Medlock Road-Follow Medlock Road .25 mile to Medlock Elementary School; go right on Wood Trail Lane-Go through 1 stop sign; travel another 200 yards to Preserve entrance. From I-75 - I-85 N or S: Take North Druid Hills exit east toward Decatur approx 3 miles, go right on Hwy 78(at North Dekalb Mall)-Follow directions as above. |

| Fernbank Science Center From I-285 take the Stone Mountain Freeway(US 78) towards Decatur; it becomes Scott Blvd.; turnright at Coventry Rd. then left at first light (Heaton Park Dr). From downtown take Ponce DeLeon towards Decatur; bear left after RR bridge,then left on Coventry Rd; then left at first light ( 156 Heaton Park Dr.) Meet in the parking lot of the science center near the planrtarium dome. |

| E.L.Huie/Newman Wetlands Center Take I-75 South beyond I-285 to US 19/41 (Tara Blvd, Exit 235); Drive south for 8.2 miles to Freeman Road and turn left. (It is the next left after the traffic light @ South Main Street. Look for the railroad crossing and the Freeman Road Water Production Complex on the left.)Travel 2.5 miles to the Newman Wetlands Center, which is on the right. |

| Gaither's Plantation - Hummers Work Shop Take I-20 East beyond I-285 to Exit 90 Hwy 278 East. Turn right onto Spring St / Emory St. Follow Emory to Clark St. and turn left. Follow Clark eastbound to Hwy. 36 and turn right(South) onto Hwy 36. Go six (6) miles on Hwy 36. Cross Bear Creek. Take left onto Davis Ford Road. Go .6 miles and follow the sign to Gaither's Plantation on the right. |

| Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Take I-75 north 8.4 miles past I-285 to exit 267B and turn right. Follow the signs for US 41 for about 1-mile: turn right onto US 41 at stoplight: drive 0.6 miles north to the second traffic light; turn left on Bells's Ferry Rd.; take first right onto Old US 41; drive 1.1 miles and turn left onto Stilesboro Rd. and then an immediate left into the parking lot. Meet at far end of the parking lot. |

| Tribble Mill Park Tribble Mill is located on New Hope Road just 5.4-miles from the Pike Street post office. From the post office turn right onto Jackson. Jackson changes its name to New Hope at Scenic Hwy (Hwy 124). Follow New Hope 4.9-miles to Tribble Mill Parkway and turn right. You can also get to New Hope Road by turning onto Simonton Road at Tim Stewart's Funeral Home. Follow Simonton 1.2-miles to New Hope and turn right and go 3.3-miles to the park. |

| Suwanee Creek Greenway From I-85 take Lawrenceville/Suwanee Exit (GA 317) and go Northwest. Go 1mile and turn left on Satelite Blvd. Turn right on Martin Farm Road. Parking lot is about .8 mile on the left, just before Suwanee Creek. |

| Yellow River Park Yellow River Park is East of Stone Mountain near Highway 78. Take Hwy 78 to the West Park Place Exit and turn South (Right if coming from I-285 and Left if coming from Snellville). Go 1.3 miles on West Park Place, then follow to the right onto Rockbridge Road. Follow Rockbridge Road 0.9 miles to intersection with Annistown Road. Continus straight at the "Y" onto Annistown Road and go about one (1) mile to Juhan Road. Turn right onto Juhan Road and continue 0.8 miles to the parking area on the left. |
